More Bard's Tale

For those who were intrigued by my post last week on the 35 year patent battle between C.R. Bard and W.L. Gore, there is a concise, high-level summary on the AmLaw Daily from Thursday.  Sounds like my hunches about the case's complexity weren't even close.  Some highlights:

• Total damages will probably exceed $600 million
• File wrapper is 10 feet high
• 30-year old perjury confession
