I've commented before that it is not too difficult to find cases of Bilski failures by examiners, and frankly, discussing such patents is losing its novelty. We all know the problem is there, and we all have seen the examples.
But, after reviewing all my past entries, I can safely say that today's Pure Miss issued to CapOne is the worst Ive seen. And for that, it deserves its own blog entry.
No commentary is needed, other than that -- surprise -- 101 was never raised by the examiner. Patent was allowed in Feb. 2009.
